The Marketing Executive will collaborate with various departments to enhance brand growth and support the direct-to-consumer channel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key digital marketing initiatives and grow key channels.
• Conduct industry research and develop effective marketing initiatives.
• Create digital assets, advertisements, and social media content.
• Write and edit copy for titles and descriptions.
• Identify content and strategy opportunities for brand growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in the kitchen and bath space.
• Liaise with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to complete projects.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency in workflows and operations.
• Analyze data to understand KPIs and identify patterns in marketing metrics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of marketing experience.
• Preferred marketing-related higher education (degree or class experience).
• Strong eye for design and branding.
• Graphic design experience.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with adaptability for various platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of home improvement, interior design, or plumbing.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Canva, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
