About the position

The Marketing Manager for the College of Health and Wellness at Barry University is responsible for providing comprehensive marketing support to enhance enrollment and engagement across various programs, including the School of Nursing and the School of Podiatric Medicine. This role involves strategic planning, campaign implementation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives that align with the college's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conceptualization, creation, and implementation of strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strategize and implement processes that will directly impact lead conversion.
  • Assist with strategic planning activities to maximize enrollment and financial targets.
  • Direct, monitor, and evaluate marketing communication efforts.
  • Create marketing plans for programs that drive engagement.
  • Develop strategies to target key population segments.
  • Identify differentiators and key messaging for product line initiatives.
  • Partner with deans and program directors to develop strategic plans to increase enrollment.
  • Develop and employ marketing metrics to demonstrate ROI of marketing investments.
  • Produce, maintain, and interpret enrollment management statistical reports.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is required.
  • 5-8 years of work-related experience is required.
  • Higher Education Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Sound judgment in making critical decisions.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
  • Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.
  • Ability to effectively plan, delegate, and supervise the work of others.
  • Ability to manage a dedicated budget.
