About the position

The Marketing & Social Media Specialist role at P&H Interiors is designed for a passionate and creative individual who will assist in enhancing the company's online presence. This part-time internship involves creating and managing content across various social media platforms, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and posting of content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide weekly performance reports.
• Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation.
• Assist in creating multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and GIFs.
• Update and maintain website content, including projects, events, etc.
• Assist in optimizing website layout, visuals, and user experience based on feedback and analytics.
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to marketing projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Basic knowledge of website management platform WordPress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, polished professional.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
