Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to drive projects.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in experimental setups using root cause analysis.
• Install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems, or processes.
• Confer with engineers to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
• Monitor process performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis for deviations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance or mechanical work, preferably in an R&D or high-tech environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex machinery and experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting urgent timelines.
• Ability to think innovatively to solve unique challenges in R&D projects.
• Precision in diagnosing faults and executing repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience operating a forklift, scissor lift, and other industrial equipment.
• Hands-on welding experience.
