About the position

The Media Sales Marketing Specialist will manage media sales campaigns and associated data, contributing to the customer journey within a larger team. This is a temporary contract role that allows for remote work and is expected to last until March 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Support transfer of Marketing database from Higher Logic to Salesforce.
  • Build outbound email campaigns using existing infrastructure.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings to understand inventory that needs to be sold and types of leads needed.
  • Analyze leads to understand pipeline performance, including closed and lost leads.
  • Identify new inventory opportunities and the types of advertisers they would appeal to.
  • Develop campaigns to generate new leads based on unsold or new inventory.
  • Create new Media packs based on advertiser audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the journey development team to identify new inventory and ideal media advertisers to enhance engagement.
  • Provide end-of-month reporting on pipeline and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Experience working with media sales and marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
