About the position

The Medical Call Center Representative serves as a vital link between the public and health clinical faculty, professionals, and staff. This role primarily involves scheduling medical appointments and classes, providing information to callers, and maintaining the call center database.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the general public and health clinical faculty, professionals, and staff.
  • Schedule classes and medical appointments (55% of the role).
  • Provide information to callers, either verbally or through follow-up mailings (30% of the role).
  • Update templates and the call center database (10% of the role).
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as preparing clinical resumes (5% of the role).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • EPIC experience is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are preferred.

Benefits

  • Contract position with a pay rate of $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
