Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe medical documentation during patient visits, including history, examination findings, and treatment plans.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive documentation of patient care.
• Assist in the management of electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to support effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Support the healthcare team by preparing charts and ensuring all necessary information is available for patient visits.

Requirements

• Proficiency in medical office procedures and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with medical records management systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals.
