Responsibilities

- Create a customer experience that balances trustful relationships with the financial well-being of members.
- Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value and uncover referral opportunities.
- Retain and deepen customer relationships both internally and externally.
- Promote a team environment focused on problem-solving and collaboration.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Proven experience in coaching a team to success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Expertise in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
