Requirements

• Reading and writing comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal units or parts to form complete water heaters or sub-assemblies using hand tools and air-powered tools.
• Use repetitive motions to assemble parts, nuts, bolts, and screws.
• Make adjustments to ensure proper positioning of parts or tools as needed.
• Reject faulty parts when necessary based on common sense decisions.
• Work in various positions as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain production pace and quality standards.
• Sit, stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• Lift and move items repetitively as part of job duties.
• Inspect units or parts for defects and workmanship.
• Report tool or machine malfunctions to the Leadman or Supervisor.
• Observe all departmental safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
