Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and makes an effort to learn their names.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, and loading/unloading heavy items.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service, including taking customer orders.
• Takes customer orders at the counter and works with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains a clean work area.
• Prepares pizza toppings and orders breads from the bakery or outside.
• Receives product and verifies orders, ensuring an adequate supply is ready.
• Pre-bakes pizza crust for the pizza case and anticipates daily product needs.
• Runs department registers, receives payments, and makes change as necessary.
• Removes trash in a timely manner and adheres to personal hygiene and dress guidelines.
