About the position

The Middleware Administrator role involves supporting the production environment running on various middleware products, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of software systems. The position requires expertise in middleware technologies and a strong background in system administration across different platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the production environment running on Middleware Products such as IBM WebSphere Application V7, V8.5 & 9.0, IHS and IIS.
• Install and maintain software on Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
• Manage Jenkins pipelines and automate CI/CD solutions for middleware and IIS environments.
• Apply patches to middleware environments and support audits for compliance.
• Analyze memory leaks, thread dumps, and heap dumps to ensure system performance.
• Create and maintain certificates using openssl, keytool, and manage SSL protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in supporting production environments with middleware products.
• 2+ years of experience with Tomcat, Apache HTTP server, and Oracle WebLogic.
• 3+ years of experience with installation and maintenance of software on Windows and Linux/Unix.
• 2+ years of experience with Jenkins pipelines (declarative scripts).
• 3+ years' experience with Windows, Linux (Centos, RHEL, SLES), and AIX.
• Proficiency with shell scripts, such as bash or sh.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with VMWare (1 year preferred).
• Security clearance: Confidential (preferred).
