As a Moving Consultant, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with warm client leads, answering inquiries, and providing recommendations based on client needs. You will also be tasked with managing the schedules of activations for new customer accounts and following up on scheduled services. A strong understanding of the full suite of services, plans, and promotions offered by Transactly is essential to meet sales objectives and adhere to call metrics. The role requires exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. This position is designed for individuals who are comfortable working in a flexible schedule environment, including all hours of call center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to/from warm client leads.
  • Answer client questions, educate, inform, and recommend various home services.
  • Offer alternative solutions with the objective of retaining clients' business.
  • Manage schedules of activations for new customer accounts and follow up on scheduled services.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the full suite of services, plans, and promotions offered to clients.
  • Achieve sales objectives and adhere to call metrics.
  • Responsible for client retention through follow-up and clear communication.
  • Utilize operational systems to produce requested services quotes and find viable services based on location.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service or inside sales work experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including all hours of call center operation.
