The Nanny/Babysitter position at Crunch Care involves providing exceptional childcare services to families in need, ranging from infants to teenagers. This role offers flexible scheduling through an app, allowing caregivers to manage their work hours effectively while ensuring quality care for children. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about working with kids and who possess the necessary childcare experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare services to families in their homes.
• Manage a flexible schedule based on family needs and availability.
• Communicate effectively with parents and children.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Attend required training and educational classes.

Requirements

• Availability Monday - Friday, starting as early as 7 am and staying as late as 6 pm.
• 2+ years of childcare experience with infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children.
• 3-4 relevant professional childcare references.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Energetic, happy, and flexible attitude.
• CPR Certification required.
• Driver's License and car in most areas (not necessary in NYC and SF).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with a diverse range of children.
• Additional childcare certifications or training.
