About the position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join a school district in Ephrata, PA for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position focuses on making a positive impact on students' lives through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with various stakeholders in the educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies to support student success.
  • Apply knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.
  • Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and administrators using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while also being able to work independently.
  • Provide equitable services and demonstrate commitment to cultural competence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of school psychologist experience required.
  • Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a valid School Psychologist Licensure.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
