The Night Auditor position at Residence Inn Wilmette is designed for individuals who thrive in a night-time work environment and enjoy working independently while being part of a larger team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, ensuring the safety of guests, and managing hotel operations during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Closing reports at the end of each night
- Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests
- Have authority for the hotel operations while on duty
- Have a working knowledge of reservations procedures
- Take reservations and know cancellation procedures and Walk Policy
- Checking in guests and providing excellent customer service
- Answering guest questions to enhance their stay
Requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in guest service
- Ability to multitask with limited supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
