Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify potential donors at local events while explaining how funds are allocated.
• Provide hands-on support to potential donors throughout the duration of events.
• Promote and raise awareness for charitable causes with the team.
• Attend training to learn basic client information and specific processes.
• Effectively communicate with cross-departmental teams.
• Assist in managing team members to achieve promotional event goals after initial training.
• Shadow management staff to gain knowledge on managing team members and motivating them to create a positive donor experience.
