Responsibilities

  • Complete hospitality services.
  • Backup reception duties.
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages.
  • Participate in cross-training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); college degree is a plus.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Team player willing to train.
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in hospitality, retail, customer service, facilities management, or mail/copy services.
