About the position

BHA is seeking an Office Clerk to assist with clerical and data entry tasks within a specific department. The role involves managing daily workflows as assigned by department managers, requiring strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of physical inventory, including inspection, imaging, and tagging.
  • Uploading edited images into customer's POS system.
  • Monitoring emails to create and/or update tasks in Asana.
  • Placing orders for office and/or shipping supplies.
  • Ensuring premises and communication channels are functioning properly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of clerical experience required.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Experience with inventory processing.
  • Experience with basic photography and photo editing.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
