About the position

We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team and assist us during a busy period. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your duties will include greeting visitors and responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. You will manage and maintain the front desk, including answering calls, responding to messages, and directing visitors to their destinations. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to our office, which includes filing, data entry, and document preparation. Performing various administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste, is essential to ensure a pleasant working environment.

Requirements
