About the position

The Assistant Boutique Manager at OMEGA Luxury Timepieces is responsible for leading retail operations, managing sales, and supervising staff within the boutique. This role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence while upholding the OMEGA brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail and a proven track record of success in management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead retail operations and manage daily activities of the luxury boutique according to company standards.
  • Maximize inventory, cash control, and implement loss prevention techniques.
  • Delegate tasks to the sales team and develop sales incentives and rewards.
  • Deliver sales results in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure a consistent and quality store experience for customers.
  • Promote the OMEGA brand through effective communication and professionalism.
  • Prioritize, plan, and adapt to business needs while leading by example.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of management/operations management experience.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills.
  • Superior spoken and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in inventory management.
  • Luxury retail experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows, SAP, and Cegid.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
