About the position

The Sales Associate at OMEGA Luxury Timepieces in Dallas is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives in a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, particularly in timepieces or fine jewelry, and will be passionate about learning and selling OMEGA's prestigious products. This role requires effective communication, adaptability, and a commitment to cultivating lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of OMEGA's unique range of products and their characteristics.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
  • Utilize training techniques to engage and retain a loyal client base.
  • Provide a unique and special experience to all clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact.
  • Develop potential clients through clientelling and networking efforts.
  • Maintain and grow existing clients, keeping records of milestones and preferences.
  • Assist team members in the sales process as per established boutique protocols.
  • Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
  • Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
  • Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  • Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of the product collection.
  • Talented negotiation prowess.
  • Passion for the art of selling.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
  • MS Office experience is highly desirable.
