About the position
The Operations Manager for Water/Fire Restoration at Knight Commercial is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration services. This role requires a dependable and professional individual with strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will manage projects, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain safety and health standards while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in commercial restoration services such as fire, water, mold remediation, and flood restoration.
- Execute and oversee projects within established time frames, scheduling jobs, resources, and managing crews.
- Ensure productivity and coordination of all staff to meet division goals for quality, profitable operations, and client satisfaction.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction in all areas of restoration services performed and provide exceptional client services to efficiently resolve all customer complaints.
- Manage customer and client satisfaction while representing and improving brand operations.
- Oversee all aspects of safety and health requirements and daily production management.
- Monitor the status of small and large-loss jobs and communicate processes with management and ownership.
- Maintain inventory for equipment, vehicles, and facilities related maintenance.
- Ensure clear communication with the entire staff and manage relationships.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in fire restoration (Required)
- 4 years of experience in water restoration (Required)
- 4 years of management experience (Required)
- IICRC Certification (Required)
- Current/valid Driver's License (Required)
- Experience with Xactimate (Required)
- Ability to learn quickly and be flexible with change and professional challenges.
