About the position

The Operations Team Member plays a crucial role in the Operations Care Center, responsible for various tasks related to the cremation and memorialization of pets. This position emphasizes compassion and excellence in service, working closely with a dedicated team to meet daily cremation goals and ensure quality control in all processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate the retort and manage cremation processes.
• Create and package paw prints and memorial items.
• Engrave plaques and other memorial items.
• Process and package cremated remains.
• Maintain daily cremation goals with a focus on compassion and excellence.
• Monitor equipment functionality and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping activities.
• Clean and maintain equipment used in cremation procedures.
• Follow safety procedures to protect against hazardous materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a service industry.
• Valid Driver License may be required.
