About the position
The Oracle Health Patient Accounting Solution Consultant at Huron Consulting Group is a full-time role focused on partnering with healthcare organizations to optimize their use of Oracle Health's Cerner system. The consultant will leverage their technical expertise to enhance EHR platforms, improve care delivery, and drive patient outcomes and profitability. This position involves collaboration with a team of professionals to deliver tailored technical solutions that align with clients' strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to ensure effective use of Oracle Health's Cerner system.
- Collaborate with consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to healthcare clients.
- Provide insights on Oracle Health's Cerner system workflows, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, developing clear agendas and objectives, and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.
- Expertise in Oracle Health Millennium solutions, particularly in Millennium Patient Accounting applications.
- Experience in EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection, system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation, and Go-Live support.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to articulate Oracle Health solutions to client audiences.
- Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
