About the position

The Order Replenishment Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is responsible for ensuring that iconic beverage brands are consistently available to customers. This role involves managing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and communicating effectively with customers and team members. The position requires physical stamina and organizational skills to handle daily tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Implement Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Engage in daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers, and shoppers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
