About the position

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who goes beyond traditional sales. In this role, you'll act as a business advisor, helping executives and business owners leverage our vast resources to solve their unique challenges. If you're driven to create growth and revenue while providing meaningful solutions, we want you on our team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being able to connect with clients in Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with a knack for building relationships, and will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships in a rapidly evolving technological environment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be tasked with prospecting and visiting potential clients, selling to businesses, and attending sales meetings and training sessions. You will also be responsible for reporting weekly deals and updating HubSpot with the deals made. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth. You will be expected to schedule first-time appointments and close new log revenue in accordance with quarterly quotas, making this a results-driven position that rewards initiative and success.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and visiting possible clients.
  • Sell to businesses in an ever-growing and always evolving technological environment.
  • Attend Sales Meetings and Trainings.
  • Report weekly deals.
  • Update HubSpot with deals made.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Sales experience with a background in prospecting and B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Coachability and competitiveness.
  • Diligence and a willingness to learn.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle for traveling to and from clients' offices.
