About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at 4Refuel U.S. LLC is responsible for developing new business and managing existing customer relationships within the construction and transportation sectors. This role focuses on generating revenue through proactive sales strategies and maintaining strong customer rapport to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Proactively generate new revenue by showcasing services and growing the client pipeline.
• Conduct new business development in assigned markets, focusing on medium and large construction and fleet organizations.
• Manage an existing account base to minimize customer attrition by developing strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate a consultative selling approach by uncovering customer needs and aligning the value proposition.
• Generate and qualify leads using industry-specific databases and social media.
• Utilize CRM and various tools to track customer information and manage sales activities.
• Collaborate with functional groups to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience selling services in the transportation or construction industry, or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong time management and negotiating skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
