About the position

The Paid Media Manager for Global Campaigns & Programs at Amazon Web Services is responsible for developing and executing the paid media strategy for the Training & Certification team. This role involves collaboration with Campaign Managers to integrate paid media with other marketing channels, optimizing campaign performance, and leading social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy for Training & Certification Global Campaigns team.
  • Work with Campaign Managers to implement paid media alongside other channels.
  • Report on health of the paid media channel including testing and optimization.
  • Own paid search channel and manage investments and outcomes.
  • Lead LinkedIn organic social including the Training & Certification showcase page.
  • Grow followers and manage social boosting budget.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate across publishers, formats, or new technologies.
  • Build and optimize multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Develop customer profiles and segmentation strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing including paid media and paid search.
