About the position

The Paid Social Manager at Movement Strategy is responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms for a diverse range of clients in the eCommerce and Consumer Packaged Goods (CP&G) sectors. This role involves planning, trafficking, and reporting on campaigns to meet and exceed client business goals, while staying updated on industry trends and insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with data and creative teams, demonstrating a strong aptitude for data analysis and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of paid media campaigns with various goals such as conversion, traffic-to-site, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, proactively communicating any issues that arise.
  • Ensure quality written and verbal communication of paid media tactics and results.
  • Review plans and apply learned insights to create best-in-class campaign executions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns at an agency or in-house, including platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Experience with full funnel buying across platforms including both Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a track record for taking initiative.
