About the position

Regal Resources is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Executive/Marketing Assistant to join our team of HR & Recruiting Innovators. This position is ideal for someone based in Orange County, CA, who is available for occasional local travel in Southern California. The role is primarily remote, offering flexible hours to accommodate the right candidate's schedule. As an Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO by taking daily directives and executing tasks promptly. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and the ability to manage various administrative duties effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, internal team members, and vendors, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care. You will manage Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Drive, and utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance productivity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as you will be expected to handle tasks across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, you will assist with social media postings and content creation, which may involve creating graphic marketing materials using Canva or producing video content. The role also includes general office duties and providing excellent customer service. A proactive approach and high attention to detail are crucial for success in this position, as you will be executing personal errands and other tasks typical of an executive assistant. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven ability to perform while remote
  • Excellent customer service/hospitality mindset
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Canva software
  • High attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proactive and independent work style
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
