About The Position
The Part-time Leasing Consultant at MAXX Properties is responsible for managing all activities related to apartment rentals, including move-ins, lease renewals, and resident retention. This role involves direct interaction with prospective and current residents to ensure maximum occupancy and high-quality resident service. The consultant will work approximately 25-30 hours per week, primarily in the afternoons, and may provide coverage for nearby properties as needed.
