About the position
The Patient Coordinator at Skn Bar Rx is responsible for supporting the retail store and medical spa operations at the Shorewood and Pewaukee locations. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, promoting the business through social media, and assisting in achieving sales goals while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct retail store operations such as opening or closing the location and scheduling reservations.
- Help to promote the location and team members via social media.
- Assist to achieve set service and retail sales goals.
- Assist with inventory, laundry and other operational tasks.
- Maintain product knowledge of our retail products.
- Form relationships with our patients and your co-workers.
Requirements
- One years' experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required.
- Current Wisconsin Aesthetician license is a plus, but not required.
