About the position
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position at Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville, OH is a per diem (PRN) role focused on providing care to the older adult population. The PTA will collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring that patients achieve critical outcomes while maintaining productivity standards and completing necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans.

- Complete required documentation for patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Hold a valid state license for PTA practice.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
