Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and communication to clients using CoreLogic products.
  • Bridge the gap between client requests and internal teams to fulfill those requests.
  • Perform configuration of various CoreLogic applications as needed.
  • Manage a client base autonomously, delivering excellent customer service and care.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements and discuss updates.
  • Translate technical business requirements from clients into actionable items for internal teams.
  • Perform moderate to complex application configuration work for ongoing service updates.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, ensuring resolution is achieved autonomously.
  • Collaborate with account management, database administration, product development, and system engineering to solve problems quickly.
  • Lead application change projects using project management skills and status reporting techniques.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in the IT industry or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product implementation, technical, or client support role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role or account management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
