About The Position

The Program Coordinator (PC) at The Community Supports Network, Inc. (CSN) plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. This position focuses on motivating team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering positive relationships among staff and clients. The PC is responsible for leadership, coaching, oversight, and quality assurance of the work performed by Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals, while also coordinating meetings and activities to enhance individual support programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Pass all background checks.
• 1+ years of experience in the field of intellectual disability services.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• QMRP or LMHP certification.
• Experience in developing behavior building programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure high-quality services are delivered in alignment with CSN's mission and principles.
• Coordinate meetings and activities with team members, guardians, and service coordinators.
• Develop and maintain positive individual support programming for clients.
• Oversee quality assurance of work completed by team members.
