About the position

The Strategic Program Manager for Strategic Partnerships at Abridge will play a crucial role in managing the partnership with Epic. This position involves overseeing day-to-day partnership activities, ensuring internal alignment, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and deadlines while optimizing processes and facilitating effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day partnership development activities with Epic.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with internal and Epic stakeholders to track progress and address issues.
  • Support status calls by establishing agendas and ensuring action items are addressed.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to monitor technical aspects of the partnership.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizations and process improvements.
  • Design and execute internal commercialization efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and support a governance framework between Abridge and Epic.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for Epic workstreams.
  • Prioritize and strategize partner requests with the VP of Strategic Partnerships.
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and provide insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, management consulting, or strategic operations, preferably at or with Epic.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and challenges faced by clinicians.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Technical aptitude for complex software solutions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to account management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a Management Consultant.
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Current or prior experience in Healthcare.
