About the position

The Project Manager (Masonry) at Re-Create Companies is responsible for overseeing masonry projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with field supervisors, owners, and clients, and requires strong project management skills in the commercial masonry sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage project submittals and produce schedules of values (SOVs).
• Prepare monthly requisitions and conduct project reviews with foremen.
• Assist foremen throughout the project duration.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and order materials as needed.
• Attend project meetings and monitor project production.
• Collaborate with field superintendents to address manpower issues.
• Schedule projects and perform estimating as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial masonry project management or estimating.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on analysis and critical thinking.
• Deadline and detail-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience required.
• 5-10 years of experience preferred, but flexible for the right candidate.
• Strong computer skills.
