About the position

As a Project Manager at First Onsite, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of restoration and construction projects. Your role involves evaluating and executing scopes of work, managing project schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will act as a liaison among various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, while maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work for projects.
• Solicit and approve proposals from subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, profit margins, and schedules, taking action as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between leadership, clients, subcontractors, and in-house personnel.
• Review change orders and ensure accurate billing.
• Ensure work is performed up to industry and First Onsite standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry.
• Basic industry training and seven (7) current certifications.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Intermediate ability to read and understand Xactimate scopes and blueprints/architectural plans.
• Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements.
• Experience with construction drawings, specifications, and related documents including take offs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
