About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver changes that result in business value. This role involves planning, directing, organizing, managing, and coordinating activities of assigned projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-discipline team members to ensure adherence to project requirements, deadlines, and schedules, while also managing vendor relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver changes that result in business value.
  • Plan, direct, organize, manage, and coordinate activities of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Facilitate change requests and inform all parties of impacts on schedule and budgets.
  • Prepare project budgets and estimates.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships.
  • Lead safety efforts on projects.
  • Maintain and manage profitability on projects.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for clients.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFP) for current clients.
  • Obtain customer acceptance for project deliverables.
  • Manage customer satisfaction during project transition periods.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years of previous experience managing construction projects or facilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and budgets.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
  • Must complete a satisfactory background and drug screen.
  • Valid Driver's license.
