About the position

The Property Manager will oversee the operations of a Manufactured Housing community, focusing on community management, resident retention, and daily operations. This role requires a personable and detail-oriented individual committed to providing excellent customer service while managing property-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and obtaining referrals from current tenants.
• Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, and forecasting requirements.
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints and enforcing rules of occupancy.
• Secure property by maintaining security devices and establishing precautionary policies.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Property Management.
• Strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Motivation for sales and meeting sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug test.
