About the position

The Real Estate Assistant will support the Snyder Team by ensuring smooth transactions, accurate documentation, and efficient operations within the real estate process. This role is ideal for a licensed agent who prefers a supportive position rather than direct sales, focusing on administrative tasks and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Draft and submit offers on behalf of team leaders and agents
  • Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with purchase agreements, addendums, and other real estate contracts
  • Maintain and manage the team's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, tracking leads, and optimizing workflows
  • Coordinate and schedule showings, client meetings, inspections, appraisals, and closings
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely communication between clients, agents, and transaction partners
  • Organize, store, and manage important documents and transaction files in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with marketing, social media, and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Real Estate License in Minnesota or Wisconsin (required)
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, industry processes, and transaction timelines
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss, KV Core, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and other real estate-related software tools
  • Ability to analyze complex contracts and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Works well in a collaborative environment while taking initiative independently when needed
