About the position

The Reconciliations + Withdrawals Analyst is a key role within Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization. This position involves processing distributions, providing client support, managing loan administration, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The analyst will oversee plan terminations and deconversions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining meticulous records to uphold service quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process distributions and manage participant withdrawals.
  • Assist with loan administration and ongoing loan maintenance.
  • Perform cash and fund reconciliations and execute recordkeeping adjustments.
  • Manage corporate actions and fund/model changes.
  • Analyze gains and losses and administer plan-level fees.
  • Provide timely and effective client support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain high-quality standards and meet established quality assurance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retirement services industry.
  • Basic understanding of 401(k) rules and regulations; ASPPA credentials preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address issues effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on follow-through and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including intermediate to advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet team and organizational goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial operations.
