About the position

The Regional Installation Guide at ChargerPro is a customer success role focused on ensuring a seamless installation experience for electric vehicle (EV) chargers. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers in a defined territory, guiding them through the installation process from project scoping to post-installation feedback. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduled customers, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collect necessary customer information, confirm site readiness, and set expectations for the installation day.
• Coordinate with installers to ensure a seamless and efficient installation process.
• Manage final invoicing, ensure accuracy, and handle any billing-related inquiries.
• Gather customer feedback after installation to continuously improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after installation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, estimating, or project management, preferably in residential construction/services industry.
• General understanding of residential construction/electrical concepts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with technology, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, scheduling tools, and invoicing software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience in customer-facing roles is welcome.
