About The Position

The Regional Personal Training Manager (RPTM) at Colorado Athletic Club is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Personal Training programs across multiple locations. This role focuses on driving revenue, improving trainer and member retention, and developing innovative training programs that align with the company's vision. The RPTM will lead a team of Assistant Personal Training Managers and collaborate with corporate resources to ensure the success of the Personal Training department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in kinesiology or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a Regional or National Personal Training Manager or Director role.
  • Experience in Club Sales is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Minimum of one Wellbridge accepted advanced level nationally recognized certification (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, NASM preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of the Region's Personal Training Programs.
  • Provide support and leadership for the Assistant Personal Training Managers to drive revenue and achieve net goals.
  • Ensure a '5-Star Personal Training Culture'.
  • Collaborate on Wellbridge's National PT initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate the vision for Wellbridge Personal Training to enhance trainer and member retention.
  • Explore and produce industry-leading training programming and activities.
  • Offer training education and market knowledge to position Wellbridge as a leader in elite training experiences.
  • Work with corporate resources to improve efficiency and retention of trainers.
