About the position
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the consumer markets for Club Car LLC by collaborating with dealers and channel partners. This role involves developing and executing business plans to meet market share, revenue, and margin targets while identifying new opportunities for growth in the consumer vehicle sector.
Responsibilities
- Work with Club Car Channel Partners to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Drive channel partner participation in Club Car programs and activities.
- Support channel partners in the sales and leasing of transportation and utility vehicles to key vertical markets.
- Train and develop sales professionals at assigned channel partners for long-term growth.
- Perform annual assessments of assigned dealers and create action plans to address performance gaps.
- Manage channel development by eliminating under-performing dealers and recruiting new ones.
- Represent Club Car to end users through outside sales calls and trade show exhibitions.
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through dealer support.
- Ensure strategic/key account sales activities are fulfilled professionally and timely.
- Stay informed about competitive issues in the market and provide progress reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Channel management experience in consumer products.
- Direct sales experience with a focus on consumer markets.
- Experience in key account relationship development.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months with a clean driving record.

- Experience using CRM systems, particularly SalesForce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business planning and strategic marketing skills.
