About the position

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Rumble Boxing is responsible for supporting studio locations through various business stages, ensuring they meet membership and revenue goals while adhering to the Rumble Boxing standards. This role involves training, coaching, and advising studio teams on sales strategies and customer service best practices, as well as overseeing operations and facilitating communication with franchise partners.

Responsibilities

  • Guide studios through Revenue & Membership growth stages including Presale, Soft Opening, Grand Opening, Sustained Operation, ReGrand Opening, and Transfers.
  • Provide on-site sales training for General Managers, Sales Representatives, and Support Staff.
  • Hire, train, and develop studio teams.
  • Review club operations with the General Manager/Sales Leader.
  • Host one-on-one calls and webinars with Franchise Partners, General Managers, and Staff.
  • Coach studios on customer service best practices.
  • Advise on sales plans, community outreach, and other business needs.

Requirements

  • Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably in fitness sales.
  • Pre-sale or start-up experience preferred.
  • Fitness franchise experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with grassroots marketing.
  • Experience with ClubReady, MindBody, or other gym POS systems.
  • Availability to travel 25%-50% of the time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Comfortable presenting to franchise partners and general managers.
  • Understanding and passion for the fitness industry.
  • Ability to partner effectively with internal and external teams, work autonomously, manage upwardly, and navigate franchise/franchisor goals.
  • Ability to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and manage information.
  • Advanced computer skills in Google/Gmail, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as knowledge of virtual platforms like Google Meets and Zoom.
