About the position

The Relationship Management Initiatives Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and managing projects related to relationship management initiatives. This position focuses on establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, conducting research and analysis, and preparing updates on client financial performance. The analyst will leverage their expertise in FinTech and payment processing to drive efficiencies and support strategic growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop RM project plan for initiatives/projects assigned
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved with the initiatives/projects
• Demonstrate marketing and technical expertise through assessment of approach, resources, and contacts as needed to complete tasks and deliver on deadlines
• Conduct research and analysis on vertical segmentation
• Develop playbooks, industry expertise, and key best practices
• Develop and monitor client financial performance including renewal planning, re-pricing playbooks, and profitability levels
• Prepare for and lead Quarterly Business updates to internal stakeholders on best practices, industry information, and voice of the customer information
• Provide feedback to management on market trends as represented by our clients
• Maintain a high level of FinTech and payment processing knowledge
• Understand existing procedures and uncover where efficiencies can be made

Requirements

• 2+ years of analytical experience
• 2+ years of Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Experience in FinTech and payment processing dealing with clients directly
• 8+ years of client management or sales experience handling complex clients
• Strong data analytics experience with the ability to diagnose and strategize growth of existing portfolio
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships at the C level
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
