About the position

The Replen Manager at Michaels is responsible for leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store for customers. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in adhering to company policies, managing team performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs.
  • Manage and support the truck processes and lead teams to ensure standards are met.
  • Manage, execute and support the planogram process (POG's) to standard.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
  • Support Talent Development activities and participate in Performance Management activities.
  • Interact with customers in a respectful manner and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes.

Requirements

  • Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.

  • Special Certifications or technical skills in retail merchandising.
