About the position
The Research Manager at Insight Therapeutics, LLC is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials and the research team. This role ensures that projects are delivered according to contract deliverables and customer expectations, focusing on advancing the care of older adults through research and strategic consulting.
Responsibilities
- Communication and coordinating study activities with the principal investigator, sub-investigators, and the Insight Management Team.
- Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, development, and management of research staff on research methods and procedures, study protocols, regulatory compliance, and communication strategies.
- Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into organizational planning, training, evaluation, and reporting.
- Guide maintenance of study protocols, IRB submissions, case report forms, and other study-specific documents.
- Ensure compliance with International Conference on Harmonization and Good Clinical Practice procedures in all study aspects.
- Monitor clinical trial activity through all study phases.
- Create timelines for each project and track project progress using contract timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience directing project teams or departments.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a medically related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%.
- SCRUM certification preferred.
