Responsibilities

  • Research, compile, and edit vehicle diagnostic and repair material.
  • Verify the technical accuracy and consistency of information within established guidelines.
  • Maintain established productivity standards balanced with an acceptable quality level.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports for each project as requested.
  • Review data to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of diesel or commercial vehicle repair and/or experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • AA Degree, Vo-Tech certificate, or Military related experience with commercial vehicle diagnostic emphasis preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • General automotive knowledge such as working at an Auto Zone or O'Reilly's.
  • Some auto repair experience and having worked on their own car or in an actual mechanic position.
